Dragon & Tiger – Level I

This complete system of exercises stretches and strengthens all parts of the body by increasing the flow of qi in the outer meridian lines. Build the internal power inherent in your body, as used in China’s clinics and hospitals for the prevention and treatment of degenerative diseases. This remarkably powerful set is used very effectively in China for the treatment of a wide range of degenerative and stress related conditions including arthritis, pain, back pain, cardiovascular, and especially fatigue and immune deficiency. Dragon & Tiger – Level II

Level II dramatically increases the physical and energetic benefits of Dragon & Tiger. Learn to energize your body with the energy of Heaven and Earth. Develop the energy beyond your body in your energy field. Open blockages in the physical body, especially your shoulders, to increase qi flow in the Dragon & Tiger lines and increase physical flexibility  and range of motion. Energy Gates – Level I

Relieve stress-related illness, heal chronic joint problems, move your lymph, strengthen your vascular system, and build internal strength. This course covers opening the spiraling pathways of the body, strengthening and energizing the internal organs and spine, and adjusting internal biomechanical alignments to prevent body damage. Minimize the stress on your body while moving, sitting or working, and improve performance. Open your whole energy system with Standing Qi Gong practices. Energy Gates – Level II

Review Level I, and learn the movements in more depth. Second & Third Swings balance and energize the middle and upper body, which include the digestive organs, lungs, heart, brain, shoulders, and arms. Further develop good body mechanics and alignments to restore spring in the joints, and support strengthening and healing the joints and the back. Prerequisite: Energy Gates Level I. 12 hours. Tai Chi Circling Hands & Marriage of Heaven and Earth – Level I

This complete exercise system is widely used in China to relieve back, neck, joint and neuromuscular problems. Effectively increase elasticity of the joints, overall strength and upper body flexibility. Learn to open and close your joints, one of the most important internal techniques for moving and controlling qi. Refine your ability to absorb and emit energy from your hands for healing. Increase vitality, relieve stress and prevent burnout. Used in China for chronic degenerative diseases such as fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, heart and liver problems. Tai Chi Circling Hands & Marriage of Heaven and Earth – Level II

Refine the movements, increasing the qi flow and physical benefits. Further develop one of the most important internal techniques for moving and controlling qi. Learn to open and close your joints as well as the ten “cavities” of the body. Incorporate the macrocosmic and microcosmic circulation of qi into the movements. Nei Gong for the Spine – Bend the Bow & Shoot the Arrow – Level I & II

This gentle movement exercise is especially recommended for people with back problems. Learn to strengthen your back, control the movement of each individual vertebra, transform your body into a powerful pump centered at the spine, increase the flow of cerebral spinal fluid, massage your internal organs and link their movement to the spine and gently clear trauma and emotions from the nervous system. Wu Style Tai Chi Chuan Mini Short Form
