You can also use the DVD as a reference so that you can brush up on the movements or to fill in details of the movements. There are four parts to the DVD. 1. A 20 repetition set in silence, with front and back view of the movements to follow along with. 2. A 20 repetition set with instruction, with front and back view of the movements to follow along with. 3. Description and demonstration of the transitions between the movements. 4. Side view of the movements. The DVD does not include detailed instructions regarding the movements. Sections 1 or 2 are great to practice along with. Note: The DVD has poor sound quality.
